CarCapsule.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. CarCapsule.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, CarCapsule.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CarCapsule.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CarCapsule.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Credit / Debit Card Authorizations
An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. When the goods are shipped, a charge for the total amount of the order shipped will be sent to your credit card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds

RETURNS PROCEDURE
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.
INSPECTION CRITERIA
- Product must be unopened and in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely.
- Product must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, or defacement.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Returns WILL NOT be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). You may request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 30 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking fee. Please call 219-945-9493 to request a RA number.
RETURN SHIPPING
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. CarCapsule.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, CarCapsule.com may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.
REFUNDS
Refunds for orders purchased with a major credit card or with PayPal, will be issued to the original payment method.
IMPORTANT NOTE
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and may be returned to you or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
