Correspondence was prompt, clear, and respectful. Again it was my mistake, but they went over and above the expected to correct the issue. Car capsule replacement filter
I've had my car capsule for nearly 20 years, and running all of the time, the original filter disentigraded, the replacement filter seems sturdier hopefully it will last me another 20 years! You guys removed my car from your gallery, but the original capsule still running, non-stop.
